We are building the modern WhatsApp workspace
Our goal is simple to say and hard to do well: help businesses have better conversations with their customers at scale, without losing the personal touch that made those conversations worth having in the first place.
How WBIZ started
WBIZ began in 2024, but the people behind it have been shipping messaging products for a lot longer than that. Our team has built tools used by thousands of businesses across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and we kept running into the same problem. WhatsApp had become the place customers actually wanted to talk, yet the software for running it well was either bolted on as an afterthought or priced like a luxury.
So we built the thing we wished we had. A shared inbox that a whole team can work from, automations you can set up without a developer, broadcasts that do not fall over, and an API that engineers do not dread. All of it on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with no grey-market shortcuts.

WBIZ is made by GAP3, a product studio based in Ahmedabad. Being a studio shapes how we work. We sit close to the people who use the product, we ship in small steps, and we treat a clear interface and an honest price as part of the job, not extras.
