WhatsApp Web is one phone, one user. WBIZ Inbox runs on the official WhatsApp Cloud API, so a whole team can answer the same number at once, with assignment, SLAs, audit logs and templates, and without anyone sharing a phone.
What does the inbox handle?
Inbound and outbound WhatsApp conversations on the official Cloud API. SMS, email and web chat are not supported. Use the REST API and outbound webhooks if you need to bridge another channel into the same workflow.
Do customers see private internal notes?
No. Internal collaboration happens through assignment, labels, status changes and the audit log. Every action is visible to your team and never sent to the customer.
Can I send templates and Flows from the inbox?
Yes. The composer sends approved WhatsApp templates, Flows, interactive button and list messages, quick replies, audio, images and documents directly inside the thread.
How does the 24-hour window work?
WhatsApp lets you message a customer freely for 24 hours after their last inbound message. WBIZ surfaces a countdown on every conversation and prompts you to switch to an approved template once the window closes.
