Do I need to know how to code?
No. Triggers, conditions and actions are configured through forms and dropdowns. The webhook action is there for engineers who want to call their own backend mid-run, but everything else is no-code.
Is there an AI or LLM step?
No. WBIZ Automations is a deterministic rules engine: keyword and condition matching, branches, waits and webhooks. If you need model reasoning in a flow, call your own model from a webhook action and branch on the response.
What if I edit an automation while it is running?
WBIZ snapshots a version on every publish. Any in-flight run stays pinned to the version it started on, so a mid-edit never breaks a customer mid-flow. New runs use the latest published version.
Can I trigger on a customer's birthday?
Yes. The date-match trigger fires on date custom fields such as birthday or anniversary, checked daily, and a prebuilt birthday-greeting automation ships in the library.
Can an automation call my own backend?
Yes. Drop in a webhook action, pass dynamic context, sign with your own HMAC secret, then fire and continue or wait on a status code. Outbound webhooks also fire from inbox and automation events independently.
