How fast will I hear back?
Within a day, and usually faster during office hours, which run Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST. Urgent production issues jump straight to the front of the queue.
Can I book a live demo?
Yes. Every workspace gets a 30-minute live walkthrough during onboarding. Mention "demo" in your message and we will send a booking link the same business day.
Do you sign NDAs, MSAs or DPAs?
Yes to all three on our standard templates, usually turned around within a day. Custom MSAs go through legal counsel and take about a week.
Can you help with a proposal or RFP?
We put together tailored proposals, fill out security questionnaires and join procurement calls. Mention "RFP" in your message and the team will reach out.
Where is my data hosted?
The primary region is India. We do not replicate customer data outside the region you pick. The full detail lives in the privacy policy.
I am an existing customer with a billing issue.
