About Meta's conversation fees.
WhatsApp charges a small per-conversation fee for marketing, utility and authentication messages. Meta bills that straight to your WhatsApp account, and we add nothing on top. You see the live rate card and a projected monthly bill right inside your dashboard, so there are no surprises.
For India, marketing conversations start at around Rs 0.78 each. Service conversations to existing customers are free for the first 1,000 a month under Meta's current policy.
