How is this different from a regular CRM?
WBIZ Contacts is a messaging-first module, built around the WhatsApp 24-hour window, E.164 phones, tag operations and a segment builder that powers campaigns and automations. It is not a deal or pipeline CRM. Use the REST API and webhooks to sync to whichever CRM your team runs.

How do segments work?

What if a customer asks for their data to be deleted?
The compliance module exposes data export and deletion endpoints aligned to GDPR and DPDP requests. Bulk opt-in and opt-out are also available for lighter-touch cases.
Are duplicate contacts handled?
Phones are normalised to E.164 on import, which collapses most duplicates that come from formatting differences. There is no automatic merge today, so clean-up is operator-driven through bulk operations.
