Is WBIZ built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform?
Yes. WBIZ runs entirely on the official Meta Cloud API, so your conversations, templates and analytics all live inside Meta-sanctioned infrastructure. There are no grey APIs and no risk of bans.
Do I need a developer to set up?
No. Most teams go live in under an hour using Embedded Signup, the template wizard and the no-code flow builder. Developers can reach for the API when they want it.
How is WBIZ priced?
There is a free plan to start and paid plans for advanced features. The only other cost is the per-conversation fee Meta bills to your account, and we add no markup on it.
Can I import my contacts and templates?
Yes. Import contacts by CSV and pull approved templates straight from your Meta Business Manager with a one-click sync.
Where is my data hosted?
In India by default, encrypted in transit with secrets encrypted at rest. Backups, retention and exports are under your control.
