1. Free platform
WBIZ.IN is completely free for all users. There are no subscriptions, no plan tiers, and no charges from us. Since there is nothing to pay, there is nothing to refund.
2. Future paid features
If we ever introduce paid features or plans in the future, this policy will be updated with full refund details before any charges apply.
3. WhatsApp conversation fees
Meta bills conversation fees directly and these are not refundable through us. For disputes related to Meta charges, please contact WhatsApp Business support.
4. How to request a refund
Email kanti@gap3.co from the email address registered on your account. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback — the vast majority of issues are resolved faster in direct conversation.
