These Terms govern your use of the Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

  • Comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies at all times.
  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content.
  • Do not abuse the platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

3. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you select. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed separately by Meta. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
