Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms govern your use of the WBIZ Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by them. If you agree on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

1. Account

You agree to give accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

When you use WBIZ you agree to:

• Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies at all times.
• Avoid spam, unsolicited messages, and prohibited content.
• Never use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm other people.

3. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the plan you select. WhatsApp conversation fees from Meta are billed separately. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Our Refund and Cancellation policy covers cancellations and refunds.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or WhatsApp's policies. Depending on how serious the breach is, we may act with or without notice.

5. Service levels

We target 99.9% API uptime measured on an annual basis, excluding planned maintenance. Enterprise customers can agree custom terms. Our Service Level Agreement has the full commitment.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your data. We keep ownership of the platform technology. You grant us a limited licence to process your data only to provide the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

Indian law governs these Terms, unless a signed order form says otherwise.

10. Changes

If we make material changes, we will tell you through an in-app message or email.
