One thing that isn't included
Meta's per-conversation fees. WhatsApp charges a small per-conversation fee to send marketing, utility and authentication messages — that's billed directly by Meta to your WABA, and we have zero markup on it. You'll see the live rate card and projected monthly bill inside your dashboard at /app/pricing/.
For India, marketing conversations start at around ₹0.78 each. Service conversations to existing customers are free for the first 1,000 per month under Meta's policy.

Will it ever become paid?
The platform is free and we have no plans to change that. If anything ever changes, every active workspace will get plenty of advance notice.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Just an email and a phone number. You can connect your WhatsApp Business account once you're inside.
What about WhatsApp's message fees?
Meta bills you directly for per-conversation fees. We pass those through at zero markup and show you projected monthly cost inside the dashboard.
Can I export my data later?
