Every campaign streams progress via Server-Sent Events as Meta acknowledges each delivery and read. Per-recipient status (PENDING / SENT / DELIVERED / READ / FAILED / UNDELIVERED / CLICKED) is paginated in a per-recipient report. When the run finishes, an automatic completion email lands in the campaign owner's inbox.

Not yet. Today campaigns send WhatsApp templates only. Inbox handles inbound Messenger and Instagram conversations, but multi-channel broadcast support is on the roadmap.
Yes — WhatsApp policy requires explicit opt-in for MARKETING templates. WBIZ tracks opt-in / opt-out via the STOP / START flow and lets you bulk opt-in or out from the contacts module.
That recipient is marked FAILED or UNDELIVERED in the per-recipient report with the Meta error. The campaign keeps running for everyone else; you can re-target the failed cohort as a follow-up.

Meta bills per 24-hour conversation window, varying by country and category. WBIZ surfaces a tentative monthly bill on the /pricing/ page based on your outbound template sends, with the disclaimer surfaced verbatim from Meta's rate card.
