Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains what happens, and how to initiate the request as required by the Meta Platform.

1. Delete from your account

Sign in, go to Settings → Workspace → Close account, and follow the confirmation prompts. Your workspace will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

2. Email request

If you cannot sign in, email kanti@gap3.co from the address on file with subject “Data deletion request”. Include your workspace name or identifier so we can locate your records.

3. What is deleted

  • Account and profile information
  • Workspace, team, and contact records
  • Messages, conversations, and campaign logs
  • Stored integration secrets (tokens, webhook keys)

4. What we may retain

We may retain a minimal record of billing, compliance, or security events for the period required by law. These records are not used for any other purpose.

5. Timeline

Deletions are completed within 30 days of a valid request unless a legal hold applies. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
