You can ask us to delete your WBIZ account and the information tied to it. This page explains how to request deletion, what we remove, what we may keep, and how long it takes.

How to ask WBIZ to delete your account and the information tied to it.
1. How to request deletion
From your account settings
Sign in, go to Settings, then Workspace, then Close account, and follow the confirmation prompts. Your workspace is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@wbiz.in from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your workspace name or identifier so we can find it.
2. What we delete
On a valid request we remove:
- Account and profile information.
- Workspace, team, and contact records.
- Messages, conversations, and campaign logs.
- Stored integration secrets, such as tokens and webhook keys.
3. What we may keep
We may keep a minimal record of billing, compliance, or security events for the period the law requires. We do not use those records for anything else.
4. Timeline
Deletions finish within 30 days of a valid request, unless a legal hold applies. We email you to confirm once it is done.
